facebook new Spotify - bujjiphotos Posted: 30 Sep 2011 05:56 AM PDT facebook new Spotify - bujjiphotosFacebook login required for Spotify account, here's a little trick for you (Credit: Spotify) (CBS) - Our overlords at Spotify are requiring people to sign up with a Facebook account. There's an outcry of inconvenienced users ready to pull out their pitchforks. I don't see what all the fuss is about. Sure, it's annoying, but Spotify provides a free service with a user interface that is optimized for Facebook integration. That said, there's a way to get access to the music streaming service without having to connect your Facebook to it. How to sign up to Spotify without connecting your Facebook A Spotify employee by the name of Darren posted the tip on the customer service site Get Satisfaction. "Unfortunately you will need a Facebook account to access Spotify from now on, unless you already have an account set up. This does not stop you creating the Facebook account adding nothing to it and making it totally private as the Facebook account does not have to be actively used," said Darren. Duh. There you have it. Create a dummy account for all your login needs. I've been a fan of compartmentalizing login accounts for a while. I have a separate email address for mailing lists and site registrations. Now that Facebook Connect has become ubiquitous - and in this case, necessary - it would be wise to have a dummy account. Alternatives to Spotify If that doesn't work, there are other great services that would fit the needs of music lovers who wish to stay anonymous. Other services have various features that fit the different needs of a wide range of users. Spotify might be the most social service, with the best Facebook integration, it definitely needs a little help in the Twitter department. Twitter fans, however, will get the best tweets out of Grooveshark, Rdio and Slacker Radio. Those services blast a tweet with a link to the song. And because these are web-based services, you won't launch an app, like Spotify. Those who long for music discovery are best with services like Pandora and Turntable.fm. Pandora's music genome project is unmatched and Turntable.fm is great for sharing music with a circle of friends. Happy downloading!
Anna Hazare live news - timesofindia.indiatimes.com - bujjiphotos Posted: 30 Sep 2011 05:44 AM PDT Anna Hazare live news - timesofindia.indiatimes.com - bujjiphotos Anna Hazare plans nation-wide tour PUNE: Social crusader Anna Hazare on Thursday said he would shortly take a tour the country for one-to-one conversations with people to address problems faced by them and to reveal the future course of action to sustain the anti-corruption movement. Connecting to the masses through his blog, Hazare also cautioned people to be wary of certain forces that are at work to snuff out the movement. "It's the beginning of India's second struggle for independence. The Parliament gave us an assurance that it would put forward some our demands from the Jan Lokpal Bill and approve them. But assurance doesn't necessarily mean law. A bigger fight awaits us," he said. The ruling class, be it the party in power or the opposition, is steeped in corruption and hence doesn't give much thought to the interest of the common man or acknowledge the tremendous rise in corruption at every level of power, he said. "As talks progressed regarding me giving up the fast, the people who came to meet my team members, the middle-men, the ministers, all of them had different versions, different assurances. Till the last moment they tried to break the movement," It was the responsibility of the government that they scrutinise the people they had sent for negotiations whether they were corrupt or had clean image. I held talks with them considering they were government representatives!", the Gandhian said. He stated that he broke his fast only when his inner voice permitted him after getting assurance from the government. "The reason I'm clearing the misconceptions here is because some government agents tried to propagate the image that it was because of the handiwork of their favourite ministers that I gave up my fast. I came across articles of self-praise and interviews published by them. This is false propaganda. The people who claim that it is because of them that the movement could be curbed are the people who are against the common man and against the movement," Hazare said.He said that people belonging to various political parties were not aware of the boiling volcano in minds of the common man against their corrupt ways and super-luxurious way of life. "I believe, very soon they will come face-to-face with the reality", he said.

salman remake dookudu ? - bujjiphotos Posted: 30 Sep 2011 05:27 AM PDT Salman salman remake dookudu ? - bujjiphotos Zeenews Bureau Mumbai: When Diwali is around the corner it's obvious to have Bollywood`s big projects waiting to hit the theatres. But one film from the South industry is already creating a buzz in India and abroad. Actor Mahesh Babu`s Telugu film 'Dookudu' has already been declared as a smash hit in its first week itself. Apparently looking at its success, the Salman Khan camp is already eyeing the idea of its remake in Hindi soon. 'Dookudu' has minted a whooping Rs. 30 crore so far. It has banked a tremendous sum of 82,000 dollars at a multiplex in Virginia, the only film to surpass its collections is Brad Pitt's 'Moneyball'. As reported by a daily, Kona Venkat, who worked on 'Ready' in Telugu and Hindi, and is also associated with Anees Bazmee`s 'No Entry' sequel and Sohail Khan`s 'Sher Khan', confirms the same. "Sreenu, who directed 'Ready' in Telugu, is keen to remake Dookudu in Hindi with Salmanbhai. In fact, the lead character`s heroism suits Salman bhai perfectly. We won`t need to make alterations for the Hindi version," he said. He added that their entire team was aware that the 'Dabangg' star would do the remake. "Even Mahesh Babu said that Salman bhai would be the best actor for the Hindi version," he further revealed. Though the Telugu version of 'Dookudu' cost filmmakers a total of 35 crores to make, the estimated budget for the hindi version of the film with the 'Bodyguard' star has been pegged at 60 crores. However the problem is that the lead protagonist in the Telugu film is a cop and Salman is not keen on another cop role at the moment. "Salman bhai isn`t keen on another policeman role before the Dabangg sequel," explained Venkat. He said he is waiting for the actor, currently in Mumbai, to take a call after watching 'Dookudu'. He further states that if the producer and director decide to wait till 'Dabangg 2' is ready, then there should be no reason for Salman to decline the movie. Ever since Mahesh Babu`s film released, Bollywood producers and actors are vying for the remake rights, which is believed to be over Rs 3 crore. But till Salman makes up his mind, everything on the remake has been put on hold.
Mahesh Babu's Dookudu in Hindi - bujjiphotos Posted: 30 Sep 2011 05:22 AM PDT Mahesh Babu's Dookudu in Hindi New Delhi: Mahesh Babu has met with the elusive success after five years in 'Dookudu'. The mega star of Telugu cinema has probably got the biggest hit of his life in 'Dookudu'. Released across the globe, the film is smashing earlier box office records with ease. The stunner crossed Rs 9 crore limit on the very first day, which is by any standard a huge collection for a regional film. Now, 'Dookudu' is anticipated to surpass the total collection of 2009 hit 'Magadheera', which is the biggest Telugu hit of all times. Mahesh Babu, the style prince of Telugu cinema, was never out of race but he was definitely waiting for a revival. The ultra macho man of south India had shown the glimpses of the type of star he was in making in his first film 'Raja Kumarudu' only. 'Yuvaraju', 'Vamsi', 'Murari' and 'Okkadu' consolidated his position in the industry. Then came the film everybody was waiting for. 'Pokiri' by Puri Jagannadh wrote a whole new chapter in south Indian films' encyclopaedia. Mahesh Babu was everywhere after 'Pokiri'. He started to sell soft drinks to hair oil. Married to former Miss India and her co-star in 'Vamsi', Namrata Shirodkar, Babu was riding high on the success waves when the balloon got punctured. Surprisingly, Babu's filmography became devoid of success for a long time after 'Pokiri', however he was known India wide till then. A known face for Hindi cinema lovers, Prabhu Deva decided to remake 'Pokiri' in Hindi after its grand success. Recognising the great potential of churning out a blockbuster, Salman Khan readily agreed to play the lead role in Pokiri's remake 'Wanted'. Next five years and four unsuccessful films strengthened his critics who were waiting for one or two more films before writing his box office obituary. Now, the critics will have to wait for some time as 'Dookudu' is breaking records in India and overseas. The film is a typical south Indian stylish drama, where Prakash Raj is a good natured politician for a change. He goes into coma due to some political treachery and his family moves to Mumbai as it feared fatal attacks on other family members too. Mahesh Babu, who does not know the history, becomes a fearless police officer as expected and sets out on a mission to finish Nayak (Sonu Sood), who is the kingpin behind the drug trafficking racket. The story then takes the ultra masculine hero to Istanbul where he plots a well crafted net to trap Nayak. 'Dooduku' has opened with mostly good reviews and doing well despite some logic defying sequences. It's just a matter of time before some Hindi film producer acquires the right to remake it in Hindi with established Bollywood actors. If reports are to be believed then many are already in line to grab the rights.
Salman Khan - remake of Mahesh Dookudu - bujjiphotos Posted: 30 Sep 2011 06:04 AM PDT Salman Khan - remake of Mahesh DookuduThe Bodyguard superstar's close mates are working on getting the remake rights of a Mahesh Babu's Telugu film that has been breaking records all over South Indian superstar Mahesh Babu's Telugu film Dookudu has raked in Rs 30 crore in its first week. Understandably, the Salman Khan campwallahs have already begun thinking of remaking it for the Bollywood audience. According to a report in a daily, director Srenu who made the Tamil version of Ready is keen to remake Dookudu in Hindi with Salman. That's not all. Even the leading man of Dookudu, Mahesh Babu feels that only Salman can do justice to the remake. It comes as no surprise since the superstar has been unofficially rechristened as the star of remakes. Salman in his interviews has confessed that the south Indian film industry makes better tales of heroism than Bollywood. So there is a mutual admiration society running between the star and his southern counterparts. However there is a slight glitch in the remake plans. The protagonist in Dookudu is a cop and Salman isn't in a mood to portray a cop again, as it would be similar to Dabangg 2. But if the sequel to Dabangg is delayed there are chances of Salman doing Dookudu in Hindi. But all this depends on Sallu bhai's approval of Dookudu after he has watched it. If all goes well, the Hindi remake would have a whopping budget of Rs 60 crore as against the Rs 35 crore of the Telugu version. YOUR CELEBRITY NEWS GOSSIP & STYLE BFF
